For TechIS clients, a technical support service – TechIS Support is available. The purchase of the TechIS Support service has many benefits:
  • access to new versions of the application
  • access to bonus materials and services
  • support during the resolution of technical problems
  • discount for additional services (training, proposals for new solutions, turnkey solutions)

SLA services

For TechIS, we also offer the option of an SLA (Service Level Agreement). On the basis of your specific requirements, the terms of the SLA are defined which are the basis for concluding a service agreement. Some of the main parameters of the service agreement are the regime of service preparation and response time. You can select service preparation up to the maximum scope, i.e. 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (24/7).
